Still waiting for information regarding my account that they sent to collections for over draft and now on my credit report. No one including the Bank manger, Jennifer will give me in any information and tell me why there is a overdraft This is crazy !!!! I
Very unprofessional. Jennifer branch manager would not answer important questions about my account which has fraud. Just trying to understand the activity and situation & she hung up the phone on me. I will be making a formal complaint. What kind of Bank is this ???
Went to this location in Rockville center to take care of some business banking and personal banking the bank/customer service representative that I dealt with is Miss T. Jones and may I say it was a pleasant experience to deal with her she was so helpful so kind and so professional she made the process very simple as 123 do I recommend this location/branch yes I highly recommend them as far as I’m concerned my experience with them was pleasant and professional, and I might add the manager of this location was also wonderful... read more
