Went to this location in Rockville center to take care of some business banking and personal banking the bank/customer service representative that I dealt with is Miss T. Gamal Moodie completely wasted my time. Called me to offer a very generous HELOC provided by citizens. After scheduling the appt (which is a complete waste of time to beggin with, we have phones in 2024), I went into the bank and met with Gamal. After a few mins of discussion and going over the details of the loan, he informed me that they do not offer loans to Co-Op owners, which I am. I find it hard to believe that this info is not available for Gamal ahead of time or if he simply asked the right questions, neither of us w... read more
