Bad service i was inside and the woman and one of the guys dont want to give me any of my money i was with my debit card and i have one of my checks with me i told to the woman i can make a check if that is beter for you and she get mad because they want to go home i was there 10 minutes before the closed they never ask me for any ID I have 3 accounts there i will move all my money to bank of America
I had a pressing issue recently related to a home sale closing and walked in with no appointment to to talk to a manager. Helen was so wonderful to work with - she was knowledgeable and pleasant and went over and above to save our closing date! Happy customer here and very satisfied with the level of service I received. If you attempt to cash a check at this branch you are assumed to be doing so fraudulently. They will call whomever wrote the check to verify it is not fraudulent. If said person doesn't pick up the phone for whatever reason they will refuse to cash the check. I was told by the sudbury branch manager that it was a new policy they had to follow.
