I wish I never went to this bank. They're not helpful at all and I can see why they don't get much business. They told me I can't even close my own account. I've been to other banks where I didn't have to go though hoops. I wouldn't trust this place anytime for any reason.
First of all, don’t have a job where you work between the hours of nine and four because that’s the only time they’re open. I’ve never seen a bank that doesn’t have hours beyond 4 o’clock or at least early morning hours. I went at 4:01 because that’s the earliest I could get there and they were very clear to wave and let me know you aren’t in here. I need to find a bank that has better. Worst banking experience of my life u can give them ur driver’s license account number and social and they will still harass you for more information never had to work so hard to get my own money out of an bank
