I have been paying $10 a month for 11 years to this bank for having the luxury of having a savings account with them. After 11 years, I recently applied for a loan. I was declined. I wouldn’t stay with this bank even if there was a loaded gun to my head!
I aleays found the telers to be very polite. Intrest rates are ok.
Tellers are very, very pleasant. The people in the cubicles are not helpful. They have to do things several times before its right. You wait forever

This bank branch has very little regard for their customers who want to use the ATM during non-business hours. Two weeks in a row there is no money. Three weeks ago - no receipt available. Time to look into getting another bank.
