Helpful, friendly staff.
Seems like a great bank to me. All of the customers and the bank employees seem very friendly; almost too friendly. Anyway, compared other banks around the area, this one is a home run. When I asked to cancel overdraft charges, they actually cancelled overdraft charges (crazy right!?), and when I make a withdrawal, the bank tellers don't give me an attitude (wow, also insane!).
