I’ve never seen a bank location with an ATM that is consistently out of order until I started coming to this one. And I don’t care if Citizens isn’t responsible for servicing their own ATMs. It’s the ATM that they provide to their customers to access their money. It’s unacceptable for it to be offline as often as it is.
