Found the teller Cindy to be extremely rude.When I was waiting in line she came off as condescending and was rolling her eyes(not only towards me)When I got to her I was depositing a large sum of money and kindly asked if she could recount from the machine because the number she gave me in cash initially was slightly off from what I had counted.The number she gave me was in fact correct but I just wanted the piece of mind to be sure if she could count it once more.she did so however, her eyes nearly rolled to the back of her... read more
This place is so bittersweet. It’s very close, but the part-time-volunteering-at-your-local-library hours and lack of drive thru render it almost useless for my needs. I’ve never had a particularly bad experience and everyone is usually incredibly polite. Basically, if they stayed open past 4 on a Friday and had more flexible options for service this place would really improve. Again, not a bad bank..just super inconvenient for basic transactions for 9-5 folks.
