I've been with investors bank which is now citizens , all the banks r friendly but the one in hillside is exceptional in every way possible..FANTASTIC SERVICE ALL BANKS SHOULD FUNCTION LIKE THEM!!!
Worst bank ever to bank with! Customer service sucks and they don’t care of their customers. We will be taking our business somewhere else! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!

I was purchasing a vehicle from a private seller who requested a bank check. I called up Citizens in East Rutherford and spoke with a teller who was very friendly and told me to come right in and they would have the check ready for me as I was in a rush. I was delayed arriving and had call up the bank and Jael answered and said not to worry they would stay open later for me.
