Indian lady here is racist. Walked in branch to open personal account and she continued to give me weird looks, then started to question why I traveled 2 hours to come to that specific branch and I told her I was in the area for business. She persistent her passive aggressiveness then kept going back to the manager which then informed me that I would need more identification which was fine. Stay away from her racist self
Someone named Sumi keeps calling from this branch, trying to get me to take out a loan. I have explained to her that I don’t need a loan, and asked her to stop calling. Today she left me yet another voicemail. STOP HARASSING YOUR CLIENTS, PUSHING SERVICES THEY DON’T NEED OR WANT.
