Money is not safe here. Caught 10 fraud charges on my account, opened claims on them just to get a letter saying they can’t do anything. Charges added up to about $1,000. Bank told me I’m SOL. Going to get a new bank after that
I really thought I liked Citizens, I had a truck loan and a car loan though them drove in every week to pay on my accounts.. Then I tried to do real business with them , like buying a new Home though them.. terrible, about getting the work done, getting back to their customers. I had 4 other Pre approval Letter before they ever got back to me. Then I finally just asked for my documents back as I went somewhere else's. Else. Citizens bank is the worst!! My account became overdrawn while my husband was out of work I have 2 account, personal and business between the 2 of them I currently have more in overdraft fees than what i actually owe and they keep sending me letters, I stopped depositing money in thier bank because I need money to live off and pay my bills, horrible service they all vlaim they can't do anything to help, do not ever bank here
