Nearly every time I come to use the atm at this beach or any other branch for that matter there’s sometime wrong. Yesterday I wanted to deposit a check and drive out if my way to do it and the atm wouldn’t allow deposits. Citizens needs to service their atm’s better.
They don't even clean off ice or snow from their sidewalk. That should tell you everything you need to know.
No issues
The Citizens Bank, Wayne, PA branch’s ATM seems to never have cash. So yesterday I was the only one waiting in their outdoor banking line in order to cash money- since per usual their ATM was out of cash. I waited almost half an hour just to get waited on and cash money. They said they had only a few customers indoors to help before they could help me, and so could I wait.
