The Citizens Bank, Wayne, PA branch’s ATM seems to never have cash. So yesterday I was the only one waiting in their outdoor banking line in order to cash money- since per usual their ATM was out of cash. I waited almost half an hour just to get waited on and cash money. They said they had only a few customers indoors to help before they could help me, and so could I wait. I wish I could give them a zero star rating!!! I walked into the Wayne branch yesterday, Saturday, 5-21-22 to get help as someone has hacked into my bank account and cleaned it out!!! I went up to the teller and she went to the back to get someone to help me. Or so I thought. She came back and told me no one could help me today and I’d have to come back on Monday.
