The Citizens Bank, Wayne, PA branch’s ATM seems to never have cash. So yesterday I was the only one waiting in their outdoor banking line in order to cash money- since per usual their ATM was out of cash. I waited almost half an hour just to get waited on and cash money. They said they had only a few customers indoors to help before they could help me, and so could I wait.
