Nice people work there
I find their customer service really helpful. Corporate things like holds on checks are longer than industry standards. It's the only place to bank in the North Country that has network that I can bank throughout New England.
The people are friendly but the bank itself is horrible one of the worst banks I've had atm machine is always out of service they're deposit option on it works when it wants and it's the only atm machine in or on the building and usually takes days for them to resolve the issues the bank itself needs a lot of work but the people are friendly and easy to work with
