They are the worse bank To deal with I have health issues. And I am supposed to eat. I got hit with an overdraft fee which I was told that wouldn't occur until the next business day at 10 pm The woman said it's not her problem. Been banking here for years i love it, it closes a little earlier then other banks but was first in offering services that others have now coppied like next day overdraft forgiveness. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Crazy they shut the drive through down. Very inconvenient. Trying to talk my company into switching banks. Not to mention it takes at least 20mins every time I go in and that’s when it’s slow.
I have always had great customer service in the Claremont location.
Clerks were polite and helpful.
