I love this bank!! The reason being is, whenever I walk in I am always greated by my first name. I enjoy small town living because most people are familiar with everyone. That's a great feeling! Thanks Guys!
Do not waste your time with this bank. The branch manager, Matt is rude and inappropriate.
Friendly staff. I had an issue and they worked it out quickly.
If I could leave a negative review I would. Don’t waste your time nor money at this bank, the Manager is named Matt. He is beyond unprofessional towards the public. He’s not helpful at all, and does not listen to what you have to say about possible documents that are needed or not needed. His famous saying is “do you remember what I told you and “didn’t I tell you”?? That’s not how a manager should act.
