Friendly staff. I had an issue and they worked it out quickly.
If I could leave a negative review I would. Don’t waste your time nor money at this bank, the Manager is named Matt. He is beyond unprofessional towards the public. He’s not helpful at all, and does not listen to what you have to say about possible documents that are needed or not needed. His famous saying is “do you remember what I told you and “didn’t I tell you”?? That’s not how a manager should act. I randomly cannot use my debit card. It says it was deactivated through no fault of my own. I can't even pull my money out of the ATM. Update: Citizens keeps randomly terminating my debit cards, requiring me to take time off work to get new debit cards almost weekly. I do not have time for this and it makes my financial life unpredictable. When I closed my account the banker basically just said "Yeah we've been seeing that a lot lately"....
