Came into the branch at 10am let them know that I required a large withdraw. The snappy teller informed me "anything above 5000 we need to be called beforehand" I said ok I need 5000 exactly. She said, "No 5000 or higher". I said ok can I have 4980 dollars? Then the "head teller" said no we don't have it. I asked then why would you say the first thing? . Rude. Disrespectful and most of all not helpful
Stopped in for first time, not too bad. Teller was kind. Room for Improvement is there to get a 5th star far as customer privacy for Private type people.
