This was the first time I ever came to this branch. It was a blessing the professional that was helping was Ms Tatiana Romero. Ms Romero was friendly, even before I told her my problem she said don't worry we are here to help. Ms Romero took charge, may the right call calling the Town of Islip. citizens bank is the worst bank I have ever banked with. Always a problem, systems down frequently, errors constantly. Overall Trash bank
Slow and the bank in general needs to upgrade and modernize. I had a bad experience waiting. I was the only one on line and they made me wait a lot of time.
