Such lovely staff here! I was greeted so sweetly when I stopped in for a quick withdrawal at the ATM. Made my Friday morning a little brighter.
First and last time here. Systems were down. Wouldn't except just my ID also needed to send me a text- what good was having my ID! Do better!
This bank, and particularly this branch, was great when it was Investors Bank, but it's a nightmare to deal with since being acquired by Citizens.
