This was the first time I ever came to this branch. It was a blessing the professional that was helping was Ms Tatiana Romero. Ms Romero was friendly, even before I told her my problem she said don't worry we are here to help. Ms Romero took charge, may the right call calling the Town of Islip. She was respectful making the calls to help and professional. Was explaining everything to me and calm my blood pressure. My very difficult issue was resolved respectful and professional.
