I’m a senior citizen and they have helped me with every problem. So nice and welcoming. Great Bank and employees.
New ATM is terrible. It’s always a hassle to withdraw and deposit. Most frustrating when it won’t deposit the same bills, it gave me a couple days prior. If we’re going to close branches to replace them with ATMs, find one that works
This has nothing to do with the bank. This has to do with the credit card division. The customer service department is horrible also. I made a payment to my account on my account on 11/4/22. Received an email from citizens thanking me for submitting my payment. Then on 11/5/22 I received an email saying that they received my payment. But my payment was not released. I was told that my payment would be released on Wednesday 11/9/22 or Thursday 11/10/22 which the money was not released. When calling again I was told that I had... read more
