Very incompetent. Ashley and another lady. Wouldn't allow me to withdraw my money from my CD because they couldn't "verify" me even with my IDs. How many Jeremiah Noziere's exist? Go somewhere else
Go somewhere else. Different levels of incompetency here.
Deliberately held a customer at the drive thru until 4pm when it closes while 2 other cars are waiting in line way before 4pm. I waited a minimum of 5 minutes while the car in front of me was in line before me. (last month) Also called a day before and asked if they could notarize paperwork for the local school, they said yes. Until I arrived the next day only to be told they only notarize citizens paperwork. Left work early for that clownshow.
Their ATM is always broken!
No inside without an appointment. Drive thru, no personal contact, talking to a machine. Hope it changes soon.😷
