Manager and staff are extremely helpful and kind. Old time customer service from a bank is hard to find these days!!
Love the staff at this branch. However - on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 @~3:45PM - went to the branch and the doors were locked. I Would have to go back.

Worse experience ever dealing with this bank. Wouldn’t suggest this bank even if they were offering 0% for a home equity loan. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere with your business. Dealing with this bank cost me a piece of retirement property that my family could have enjoyed for years to come. If you want to deal with terrible service and 8-9 week waiting time for a answer on your loan? This is the bank for you.
