Please stay far away from this branch If you don’t want to be racially profiled. The fees are also high and I noticed they are not willing to work with customers.
I am a long term HSBC now Citizens customer. The only ATM is a drive thru. I have tried four times to make a cash deposit only to have the machine reject it. There is no other ATM to use. I have complained to the branch manager who says sorry please come in to make the deposit and we will look into why the machine doesn’t work. As I said four times? Maybe they should get a new machine and build another one outside Bottom line don’t bank at this branch. Unfortunately the closest branch is two towns over.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They took money out of my bill pay for NO reason considering I haven’t used this card in years and refuse to give it back. I will go out of my way to find a branch and go in!!!!!!! I closed out my account and will never use them again. Stealers
