I have been with this bank for almost 2 years now, this Citizens in particular has incredible staff. They are very kind and make you feel welcomed, they have never been rude to me like other bank tellers have been in the past. 10/10 great bank and great staff. The only issue I’ve had is when my wallet got stolen, I could not get a new card because my old number was linked to my account. I have to go in person to get a new card and to change my number now.
I needed a new debit card. They needed me to call a number to get my old card unblocked but when I went to my car to make the call, they told me they couldn't verify my phone number and I would have to go in person. When I asked her why they told me I had to call the number she said "honestly it's a big circle and this happens alot" We will be changing banks.
The best customer service!!! Natalia is the best bank clerk! Thank you for all your help Natalia, you really care about your customers!
