Not banking with them now that they’re financing ICE detention facilities, which are so unbelievably horrible.
Only good for the ATMs on-site - you can choose your denominations, which is nice. I've been a customer for more than 20 years & the tellers were not helpful when I came in to cash 30 year bonds. They gave me the Treasury website & told me to go online. Rockland Trust up the street helped me with no issue. Customer service is lacking here.
I went into citizens dec 10th 2024 spoke with ally, i opened a checking and savings account deposited money into my savings and checking the money that went into my savings account transferred without my consent , i then spoke to marty who then told me he doesnt know how someone hacked into my online account and transferred my money out of my savings account he wrote me a letter stating my date of birtj was wrong in there system ... ?
