Long-time Citizens customer, finally giving up and switching. Also former non-profit treasurer. In my experience, Citizens consistently makes errors in paperwork, has unworkable policies and systems, locks me out of my accounts then can't figure out why they did it, makes me wait on hold...41 minutes so far just today...and never takes accountability for any problem they've caused. Every other bank that I do business with is vastly better. Best to avoid Citizens Bank.
