Very helpful and they treat you like a human being
Not even one star for the branch manager Vicky Campanelli. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Pure disgrace how they have treated our situation. I’ve been with citizens for years. I won’t be for much longer after dealing with Vicky Campanelli in Marshfield.
9/2025 citizens in Marshfield - I had a problem with my checking account there was a woman not knowledgeable in the center office but the nice woman in the office to the right rescued me and was a great help !
