Not even one star for the branch manager Vicky Campanelli. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Pure disgrace how they have treated our situation. I’ve been with citizens for years. I won’t be for much longer after dealing with Vicky Campanelli in Marshfield.
9/2025 citizens in Marshfield - I had a problem with my checking account there was a woman not knowledgeable in the center office but the nice woman in the office to the right rescued me and was a great help ! 2024 👎 update just got a threat from my car payment saying I didn’t pay ! They said my bank should have changed to new information. I had called Citizen about it and they didn’t do it ! It’s a lot if work to change banks because of auto pay ! Bad Citizens Bank and Credit card… Go somewhere else with more benefits, nicer more respectful knowledgeable people!!!
