2024 👎 update just got a threat from my car payment saying I didn’t pay ! They said my bank should have changed to new information. I had called Citizen about it and they didn’t do it ! It’s a lot if work to change banks because of auto pay ! Bad Citizens Bank and Credit card… Go somewhere else with more benefits, nicer more respectful knowledgeable people!!! I have not had anything but friendly and professional service at this branch since switching over from the Hingham branch.
The customer service here is terrible and very unprofessional. (Extremely rude)
