Not on time 20 minutes late, than while I'm waiting get asked to wait outside so they can open fully. Kinda ridiculous.
I went into this branch to simply make a cash deposit into my account. I was on my lunch break and did not have a lot of time. While I was waiting for the transaction to be completed, the teller told me that they had upgraded me to a better card. I was confused by what she meant, but she said that my current credit card did not have as many good benefits as that one that she was about to give me. I have banked at this branch for well over 20 years. Through all the changes in staff and facilities, they have always been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have had great service from both this branch and Citizens Bank corporate with all my accounts and would not consider changing.
Super friendly and helpful. Not as busy as other branches due to location. In and out in a few minutes every time. The people that work here are all professional and nice to talk to!
