Worst. Bank. ever. Could not help me re-finance when i needed to. I am appalled that they are in NJ now.
The rep who we interacted with is good, but the transition from Investor’s to Citizens bank has been anything but smooth. Problems logging on, mistaken charge to our account, auto payment not working, and difficulty contacting the general customer service center. It’s been very frustrating.
This bank is going downhill extremely fast. Want to do a refinance? They are unqualified and unable to review basic documentation. Want to do a wire transfer? Try again, they don't even know the process themselves. Want to open another account? Plan to sit with them while they get walked through the process with their IT department. Every single visit is well over an hour with 2-3 people trying to help and various calls to IT. I am not sure who is in charge of hiring or training, but they need to be reanalyzed for competency... read more
