I opened an account with George . He is very knowledgeable, respectful, answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend George or any of the staff to assist you with your financial needs. The manager Sadaf is knowledgeable, delightful, and welcoming. No questions left unanswered .
Poor service. Limited access for people with mobility issues. Unhelpful. It's a big branch with several employees around who don't seem to be able to do much.
I want to write a review of the Citizens Master credit card, not the bank. The bank is good. The branch manager and the other members are mostly friendly and helpful. It is important for all businesses to have friendly and helpful staff that make the customers feel welcome and comfortable. It will help the business to flourish too, no doubt. the branch manager and another bank teller were extremely nice and professional! this location is clean and open, although quite small. i suggest making an appointment. also the ATM machine was having issues
