Renei & Jasmine were very kind people. Made the process and experience very easy.
I have been a relatively new customer to citizens bank for less than 2 years, and I have always enjoyed of working with the folks at the Citizens on the walnut st. They have been always very welcoming and helpful for various questions or issues I have, like opening accounts, or money transferring, etc. I especially feel their branch manager Renei goes beyond his ways of solving customers' questions and concerns!
I was really impressed with the customer service. The banker I worked with was efficient and straight to the point. When we came across an issue she couldn’t solve she roped in her manager who was able to settle the issue quickly and effectively. Both were incredibly kind and patient with my millions of questions! This is a great bank.
This has become the worst branch after a new manager took over it. I have been a customer since March 2022. We have had business accounts there. I have always been treated with a lot of respect, it was easy to deal with the staff before and they were always working for YOU, not AGAINST you. Since the new manager took over it and new employees started working, the experience has been really bad to say the least. Here is two examples: I just tried to make a wire transfer. I normally love my citizen’s banking experience. I work in the area. When I lost my debit card this location came up as a local bank that has same day card replacement service available. I went in this location and I literally wanted to close my account. This was the worst service. I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I didn’t receive a debit card the manager told me to go back to the original bank I opened my account. I was so disappointed with this location.
