I love their service
A consistent level of courtesy, friendliness and competence. Keep on keeping on.
Very rude supervisor and employees. They don’t know their rules and what is your customers right. She threaded me she can closed my account becuse I asked her for my rights as a customer. Also if that supervisor worked for me she was going to get fired 10x a day
What I find funny is that they put in a totally new ATM, and it still spells LOUDON ROAD L-O-U-D-E-N on the ATM receipts. And if there isn't enough room to spell ROAD (was "ROA"), then simply put RD.! (The only LOUDEN road I know is up on the Saratoga Springs/Wilton NY border! 🤣
