Bad experience ever in this spot. The Customers so rube. They are not try to help you. They just try to ignore you. My second time here with customer service with same person and She still rube. The other Citizen bank much better than this one. I should give them a zero star.

I have several accounts at Citizens. On September 24th, a payroll check was deposited for my daughter in her bank account at an ATM, along with my payroll check in my own account. My daughter works for our company and I also have business accounts at Citizens Bank where our payroll checks are drawn from. My daughter’s account has been opened since May 2024. I had to mark my debit card as stolen 2.5 weeks ago. I was told by corporate it would take 3 days to receive my replacement. 5 days later I still hadn’t received anything so I went to this branch to have one printed. I sat in the lobby for 25 mins before I realized the bankers were hiding in their offices. I eventually got sat with Jess. She was incredibly rude the entire time and accused me of fraud because my phone wouldn’t receive a text she was sending me even tho she had my drivers license in her hand.
