I have several accounts at Citizens. On September 24th, a payroll check was deposited for my daughter in her bank account at an ATM, along with my payroll check in my own account. My daughter works for our company and I also have business accounts at Citizens Bank where our payroll checks are drawn from. My daughter’s account has been opened since May 2024. I had to mark my debit card as stolen 2.5 weeks ago. I was told by corporate it would take 3 days to receive my replacement. 5 days later I still hadn’t received anything so I went to this branch to have one printed. I sat in the lobby for 25 mins before I realized the bankers were hiding in their offices. I eventually got sat with Jess. She was incredibly rude the entire time and accused me of fraud because my phone wouldn’t receive a text she was sending me even tho she had my drivers license in her hand. The teller was very rude. I usually don’t leave reviews on people like this because you don’t know what their day has been like, but this wasn’t a bad day type of rude. I’ve never been treated like this in customer service before.
