Never had a problem until my most recent visit. I was with my mom looking to open a new savings account. We waited for a bit and then one of the employees came out and asked who was next, which was me and my mom. Just as we got up though and were about to head back some dude claimed he was first despite leaving the building to go use the restroom. This bank is the absolute worst branch! I come in here all the time and they say they have a limit of $4,000 that I can withdrawal. Almost as if this isn’t a bank! That’s literally the one thing that they should have here. They clearly need to order more cash, horrible management

Bad experience ever in this spot. The Customers so rube. They are not try to help you. They just try to ignore you. My second time here with customer service with same person and She still rube. The other Citizen bank much better than this one. I should give them a zero star.
Good evening Google Family. I have visited this location numerous times. Today I visited the ATM. I have also gone inside on occasion. A pleasant visit today and I was able to get my transactions completed. Have a great night Google Family. Don't forget to work out.
