Michael and Dahvid were so helpful at this branch at Davis Straits, Falmouth, MA. I appreciate their help in getting my new card.
This bank’s debit card NEVER works out of US and only rarely work in the US. Before driving to Canada I went to the branch in Falmouth waited a long time ( usually understaffed) and informed that I will be using this card in Ottawa and got the approval. Clerk said “ you are all set”. Never worked anywhere there! Had to buy with US dollars never got change back. Worst issue was could not buy anything online after returning to US.
