This bank is useless. Pack of branches means you need to travel to use this bank. The drive thru is rarely open making it a pain in the ass. They think they are better than you too. Poor service and bad attitudes. Just look at other reviews, all piss poor. Citizens is too stupid to listen to its customers. 1 star.
I've bank with citizens for years and am very close to choosing to bank with a new bank. My fiance and I went into this branch to simply add her onto the account since it has treated me well for years. Summer was helpful with getting things in order for us and was very professional and kind throughout the process, but things changed once we were in the Unkind and Uncaring hands of Rebecca. Citizens has progressively closed branch offices so that customers are forced to travel miles to receive face to face help with transactions. All services are either online or by phone. My recent experience with getting a change of address accomplished and replacement of a debit card took over two hours and three disconnects. Totally unacceptable.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS BANK. You have to watch them. I opened an account here with a lot of money which a trustworthy bank is supposed to protect and they stuck me with an obnoxious monthly service charge which I had no way to avoid. With the kind of money I put in, I thought they knew that this was intended to protect my finances. A savings account is supposed to keep you safe and not claim a legal right to steal their customer's money.
