Love this branch… especially with the change of branch manager! Great crew, good efficient work.
Manager Robin is great. Teller Shelby is also excellent.
I was in this branch with my dad and I heard the lady teller being so rude to an older woman it was cringe worthy. She asked to break a twenty dollar bill and told her it was only if she was a customer. I said I will help you. She was grateful and I was disgusted with this nasty people. Shame on this branch.
The Manager and staff at this small branch are the rudest, most unhelpful, nasty, people I’ve ever met. I had a substantial amount of money at this branch and as a valued customer I was treated like the most unimportant person. They go out of their way not to be helpful to their customers. I removed all my money and will report them to their human resource department. Don’t bank with this awful branch.
Don’t even bother if your not a customer, I work at a local store 500 feet from this bank and needed smaller bills for my $100. They said they can “only change it for customers, try citizens”. I did and Citizens bank was so nice and helpful and game me the change right away.
