This Citizens Bank is kept very clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Have never waited long for a teller, and you can always use the ATM Machines. Very efficient and excellent service bank.

No one greeted me when I walked in. The lady was on a personal call on speaker as she made me wait until she was done. Just to tell me they wouldn’t be able to see me bc they have a 315 appointment & they close at 4.

I opened three accounts at once in this branch and I went back at least three times to confirm that I met all the requirements for this promotion. Every time I got a positive answer until the day I was supposed to receive the bonus but I didn't. Unexpectedly the banker, Karina, instead of listening to my problems told the teller who tried to interrupt our conversation “She keeps talking”. She intentionally said that to insult me.
