Great clustered service
Long time account holder here. I think it was Marie or Maria who initially helped me over the phone with setting up a cashier's check so I could purchase a vehicle. I didn't want to carry a large sum of cash. I chat with the dealership to see if they accepted a cashier's check and fortunately they did! It took less than 5 minutes to process the check at this branch and they even waived the fee given the circumstance. I love Citizens!
Horrible experience
Always very quick and easy and friendly
Would give negative stars if I could. Drove miles out of my way to withdraw cash from my account. Was told that I could not. That I could use ATM. Unfortunately can not withdraw that much from ATM. Been with this Bank for decades and it is always something
