Horrible experience
Always very quick and easy and friendly
Would give negative stars if I could. Drove miles out of my way to withdraw cash from my account. Was told that I could not. That I could use ATM. Unfortunately can not withdraw that much from ATM. Been with this Bank for decades and it is always something
This is the worst bank in the area. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. When you come to withdraw your money, they make you feel that this money is theirs and you came to withdraw it from them.
Bank was locked 2 minutes before the closing time. I had to knock and wait for them to open. Bankers in this branch talk a lot about so many unnecessary stuff with the customers and make others wait for a long time. I was waiting for 25 minutes. Talk less and work more at least when you see people waiting in the queue.
