Citizens Bank is about as far from being an upstanding/ethical member of the community as I can possibly imagine, at this point. They/it charged me $74.00 for covering just $11.21 in debit card charges -- that's a whopping 660% interest rate (over the 24 hours it took for me to notice and deposit some additional funds into my account).
