3 months ago bank personal were absolutely no help with a problem concerning my disabled daughter's tax refund. Closed one of our accounts there. 2 years before they refused to notarize a document for us. Each time went to other local bank we use and received total satisfactory results.
The most unprofessional bank ever As I sit here with the account manager wearing casual home clothes and sipping on his Stanley Cup as he is servicing me. What a joke.
