Slow service and they continue to deposit checks as cash, then charge a fee for depositing cash. Time to close the accounts after about 40 years they just keep getting worse. Lowest intrest on your deposits and highest intrest when you borrow, then they want to charge fees for everything. Goodbye Citizens bank.
Staff always kind and helpful they always have a smile on their faces and they have candy out too. If you have a disability they are always helpful
Every time I go to citizens in Coventry there's always such a long line and only one teller on.The computer is always down I just don't understand 😒
