Been coming here since 2010, even before when I was a kid with my father in the 90s. I find it quick and efficient when I walk in, they point me in the right direction and I'm helped quickly. They open at 9am, get their at 8:55 and be ready for a line by 9:15. Have your ID ready. All common sense stuff. Help them, help you. All good in my book.
Straight ridiculous. Its 9:41 am. 3 tellers. Only one working with the customers knowing there is a line. Customers cime first. No wonder your reviews are so low.

So the bank takes our money, makes the inside of the bank Fancy, Seating, tvs etc. They take away the service area where there used to be 3 or 4 people to help you and now there is only 2. A lot of the time there is only 1 person. The Banks get more wealthy and the service gets worse. The hours before covid were great, now if you work getting to the bank before or after a shift is virtually impossible, they will be closed.
