This branch can’t service customers. Walked in several times on a Saturday and the line was worse than communist Soviet Union. They need WAY more employees and offices to service Coventry customers or reopen additional Coventry Citizens Branch locations.
The staff at this location are great!
Short staff. Long lines. Never answer the phone. Probably the worst bank ever.
the worst of all the citizens branches. not that any of them are good but the people who work here are not only rude but theyre not very good at actually doing anything
I have always had citizens probably for the past 10 years but the service recently has just been absolutely horrible. For example today I want to go and pay my bills but I can't because mobile banking is down AGAIN. Why is mobile banking always down? It is ridiculous. Working to switch to another bank.
