So the bank takes our money, makes the inside of the bank Fancy, Seating, tvs etc. They take away the service area where there used to be 3 or 4 people to help you and now there is only 2. A lot of the time there is only 1 person. The Banks get more wealthy and the service gets worse. The hours before covid were great, now if you work getting to the bank before or after a shift is virtually impossible, they will be closed. This branch can’t service customers. Walked in several times on a Saturday and the line was worse than communist Soviet Union. They need WAY more employees and offices to service Coventry customers or reopen additional Coventry Citizens Branch locations.
