Very helpful staff.. Always friendly
Their ATM took my cash and wouldn’t give it back. It didn’t credit it to my account or give me a receipt. I called the bank branch and the lady who answered made me mad. She was of no reassurance and said “it’s a machine, if the money’s wrinkled it can happen at anytime.” The money was not wrinkled! I told her I work for tips and need to deposit cash. She basically didn’t care. I think she would do better working in a factory where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. Customer service is not her calling.

I would not recommend doing service here i work as a mechanic and because of the way i dress i was given the runnaround to buy a money order first i was told i had to be a citizen bank customer so i asked what does it take to open an account i was told id social and a small deposit witch all i had and when i said ok lets do it i was told not today here is the proof from google of what you need to buy a money order and i was declined service
Went to this branch today to make a large withdrawal. The Teller initially asked me if I had my debit card. I advised that I did not but had my drivers license. After I provided the deposit slip and made the teller aware of the amount of the withdrawal she asked for my drivers . I provided her with my drivers license. The Teller stated " Let me check your licenses to make sure that it's not fake".
