It's mostly women in there, the service is not good. I went in to get a new debit card and the employee Safiya Park is so obnoxious and unprofessional. She practically screamed my account balance and started laughing after. In my 5+ years of banking with Citizens, I never encountered an employee like that. I don't know how she still has a job there. They must be desperate for employees. Never going back there again, even if my life depended on it.
I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I forgot my wallet on my way to pick my daughter up from Abington Friends School. She wanted to get singing from trader Joe's and at that moment I realized I didn't have my wallet. I walked into this branch and explained to the elderly teller next to her manager Kelly. Horrible service, bad attitudes. Imagine going into a bank and being told everything you can’t do, instead of someone trying to come up with a solution. You get all the “No’s” in the world here, and no solutions.
