Don't go through their ATM I went there 3 weeks ago (3/4/25) the ATM took my 20 dollars and didn't deposit it. I've been calling customer service for the last 3 weeks to get my 20 dollars back. All they are saying is they will make the claim and wait 3-5 business days to get the money. Citizens has changed the debit cards, yet again. That means I need to modify all of the autopay and subscription accounts that I have set up. The last several times Citizens did this, it led to an interruption of my internet service and at least one or two autopays. Citizens is not businesslike. Apparently they hate their customers. Previous review: Been going here for many years. Nice people. However, they recently changed their ATM software, horrible!
