RecommendedWant to thank Shelley for the card I got today! I have been going to the Mentor Branch since I was about 10 years old! Back when it was First Federal! I have had to go to other Citizens Banks but Mentor is my home branch! I am 49 now!
Terrible, terrible bank. Few years ago it took them over 12 business to deposit a payroll check. Today, I went to withdraw a sum of money, because I no longer trust this bank with my money after fouling up a simple payroll deposit, plus their mystery $9.99 fees that pop up randomly, but was told "we don't have that amount of money in the branch and we cannot give you your money".
