The constant rejections using my debit card online at retailers I frequent monthly and now the complete locking of my credit card which I was forced to go to a branch in my wheelchair to be told nothing is wrong with it. I returned home and tried to complete a transaction, guess what it didn't work. I even purchased credits with a reputable online faxed service and faxed bills in to verify my identity because the text system doesn't work and they don't do voice call two factor while on the phone. Opened up a business account at a different branch to cash checks made out to my LLC. Cashed the check on the spot, I get my second check from the same person also from Citizens bank and the teller in Middleburg tells me she can't cash a business account check that it has to be wrote out to me. When im 100% owner of the business account. Than tells me to have them write it out to my name instead. That defeats the point of having a business and keeping funds separate for taxes, no?
