I have been a customer and member of citizens for the better part of 7 years now, with this Branch being my main branch as I live a few miles away. Had a fraudulent charge and was immediately refunded for the fraudulent activity. I needed my new card faster than what it would take for it to be shipped to me, so I went in today and had a new one printed out. this branch is a waste time ….. they don’t have a clue what’s going on
The constant rejections using my debit card online at retailers I frequent monthly and now the complete locking of my credit card which I was forced to go to a branch in my wheelchair to be told nothing is wrong with it. I returned home and tried to complete a transaction, guess what it didn't work. I even purchased credits with a reputable online faxed service and faxed bills in to verify my identity because the text system doesn't work and they don't do voice call two factor while on the phone.
