I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by John, the branch manager at Citizens Bank. I have attempted to contact the branch over the phone for assistance, only to be met with refusal to provide even basic customer service. Not only was my request dismissed, but John's tone was also unprofessional and rude. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of courtesy and willingness to help, especially from someone in a managerial position. Unfortunately, John's behavior falls far below these expectations. I just met with the manager Tayler Toensing(sic) and she was great. I had to have debit cards replaced and she had me in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient.

Friendly staff. A banker named Erika was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
