I have been a member of this bank for 24 years. TODAY, 10/5/2023 . I had a question about deposit of a money order issued from CITIZEN. The tellers are DRY, UNPROFESSIONAL and uninformative. Closing account soon. The service is not what it use to be and the ATM are always messed up.
They made good on bad service. Thanks to miguel and his supervisor
