I was surprised to see so many negative reviews, but then I noticed they're all from years ago. I have had very positive experiences every time I have gone into this Branch over the past 6 months. They are available to help very quickly and they're friendly.

Let me start by saying I have hearing loss. Most people, with this condition, will agree that they unintentionally speak a little louder. Unfortunately with faces masks now it makes hearing loss worse & speaking even a bit louder. I went to Citizens bank for help. Though they could not help me, I understood. Upon leaving the bank the manager approached me. Let's just say she was the loudest & rudest person I've ever dealt with. It was horrifying.
