Their online banking is terrible. Schedule bills on the 1st...they dont get to the company for 2 weeks! They took banking back 20 years.
Very over excessive I'm a little upset about how extreme they took a situation after getting on the phone with the owner and 30 mins of verifying his personal account for supposed fraud reasons. The person who owned the account was clearly taken back by the excessiveness as well that he apologize to us on behalf of their ignorance. I will never ever think about getting an account at a citizens, I'll stick to Huntington it only takes one time for me.
Came to this Branch to have 3 documents notarized. They were TOD’s for vehicles. I asked if I could get 3 copies made so I wouldn’t have to go home and could go directly across the street to the Title Bureau. She said, nope we don’t do that. I wasn’t asking to copy a book. It’s silly how that little gesture can make or break a customer experience. You didn’t even give me the opportunity to pay .15 for them. So much for relationship banking. What a joke.
