I had to handle a private matter for my adult son at Solon Citizens. I do not remember the lady’s name that helped me on 12/4 (late morning). It looked like a lot going on with possible two newer staff members that she was helping, customers at the drive through, and in line. Quiet chaos. The drive thru takes foreverrrrrrrr. Get more staff or assign more duties to the people on site.
I just walked in and was greeted so nicely be everyone who works here! Great way to start my day.
Branch manager is professional, although I’ve had issues with Citizens Bank as an institution. Professionalism is excellent at this branch and appears to meet FDIC consumer protection standards, although their customer service line could be far, far improved.
I am a frequent patron at the bank and I always receive a friendly greeting. There is usually no line or one person in front of me and the tellers are efficient. I am pleased with the services.
