I just walked in and was greeted so nicely be everyone who works here! Great way to start my day.
Branch manager is professional, although I’ve had issues with Citizens Bank as an institution. Professionalism is excellent at this branch and appears to meet FDIC consumer protection standards, although their customer service line could be far, far improved.
I am a frequent patron at the bank and I always receive a friendly greeting. There is usually no line or one person in front of me and the tellers are efficient. I am pleased with the services.
The banker told us the wait will be "a few minutes" and kept telling us the same thing 5 times and we ended waiting for over an hour. I don't understand why she couldn't just tell us in the beginning this will take more than 30 minutes and we can evaluate whether we should wait or come back at another time. The whole branch are rude in that sense. I look forward to seeing the closure of this branch in Solon.
