The bank overall are cool people they be lying tho. Also it's always some weird stuff going on with this bank with holding my money and stuff.
Smooth/ easy/convenient
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch yesterday. The representative who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. There was a clear lack of courtesy, patience, and basic customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when handling financial matters.
