Smooth/ easy/convenient
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch yesterday. The representative who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. There was a clear lack of courtesy, patience, and basic customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when handling financial matters. 25$ monthly fee for useless debit card? Do you think its fair? I prefer to close this card as there are so many better bank cards with no any fee
Second time since moving to new location ATM has been broken. Need more branches in the area or to refund foreign ATM fees if you can’t have working machines
