The level of discrimination that I received was absolutely uncalled for. The short manager, a man of a foreign origin accused me of submitting a false document that was obviously stamped with a raised seal directly from the courts. He called me a fraud then told me to not come back to his branch I would be better going to DC.I asked him, "am I not welcomed here", he said it'd be better for me to go to DC. This is likely true with all banks, but regardless....if you want to try to move money out of the bank, they do not make it easy. I've been sitting here for about an hour just to close a savings account....while the employee is watching people walk on the street outside.

Was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered by Salisha, the branch manager. She was seated at the first office, and was very cordial and professional. I wanted to learn about home equity, and she immediately made time for me and helped me with applying. I had visited another bank, and they told me I would need to make an appointment. I have to say it was extraordinary service for a bank. Highly recommend Salisha for anyone needing banking help, especially with a HELOC.
