The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I set up my account for auto-pay, yet they still charged me a late fee every single month. When I called, they brushed it off as a “technical issue.” If it truly was a technical issue, they should have refunded the fees—but they didn’t. Don’t be fooled by this bank; they take your money and refuse to make it right.

I’ve been to this bank three times and have received excellent customer service each time. It’s conveniently located near my house and has a nice ATM withdrawal limit as well.
Great service , fast at the service line and great management overall definitely coming back here!!
