The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I set up my account for auto-pay, yet they still charged me a late fee every single month. When I called, they brushed it off as a “technical issue.” If it truly was a technical issue, they should have refunded the fees—but they didn’t. Don’t be fooled by this bank; they take your money and refuse to make it right.
