There is a elderly woman or who seems maybe above the age of 55.. she is "demeaning" and talks over you if you capable and controlled. Just left this location getting dirty looks from her and her college.. and being talked to like a child from these supposed adults, mainly the elderly woman.. at the "back" counter.. the lady's up front near the door very nice.. Went do some banking using the app and I was given a message that the bank was temporarily closed!!WTF this is after an app update for improvements!!
They won't give you service if you're black. You just stand in the lobby looking stupid.
