The locations in Strongsville has been very helpful to me in the last year in various ways figured i would shoot you guys a review thank you. The manager of these locations is a nice lady. She was very helpful and great with communication. And recommendations. Help me set up a couple new accounts I appreciate it All I need now is some uncirculated 2025 pennies lol I can’t find them anywhere
This is the worst bank that I have ever went to this bank does not help you with problems that you have they made my account negative $354 dollars and I was told to just pay it I was then offered a payment plan with a manager after being told this is the only manager in the company and then another manager took my case was very rude I hope no one comes and banks with this bank.
