The bank tellers at North Olmsted are really kind and service oriented. Especially the guy that is always in a good mood and cares about people!
Worst bank EVER!!! They issued a cashiers check and canceled it, causing emotional distress dealing with My mom's passing. Gave me a very difficult time giving my money owed to me. I would use Huntington every time. They even refused to service me. After writing a review they sent me asking for my opinion... I was dealing with a lot and you think they would be compassionate. because I was grieving my moms death. .. NOT THE CASE. THEY WERE VERY MEAN TO ME!!! Customer Service is terrible
Branch Employee hung up on my mom today. When she called back and asked for a manager, was just told she would need to call back. When you then call customer service they can’t help because it’s a branch issue. I asked for a branch contact so my mom can get past the gate keeper and customer service cannot provide. If this were my bank, I would already have closed my account. Unbelievable.
Not sure how a bank closes earlier than the posted time. Drive thru closes also the inside closed. Friday September 5th. Closed before 3:50 pm the door and online states 4:00. Good way to loose business
