I went in to close a savings account and move the money to another account. It was 3 pm and there were 4 people behind the teller line, but only 2 of them working with 4 customers waiting. When I finally got to the counter, the teller asked me to move the money on my mobile app so he could submit a request to close the account. What's the point of coming into the branch if I'm going to do most of the work anyway?
Everyone I have dealt with at this branch has been kind, competent, and attentive. Toriano was exceptional with assisting me in a couple of hard to place business accounts and has always been responsive to any account requests. Great branch!
This banks manager treated my boyfriend’s mother with 0 respect when she is mourning the loss of her husband. They have 0 emotional intelligence and didn’t treat her like a person let alone someone who’s grieving. These people are disgraceful and should be trained on simple people skills and empathy. They are unprofessional and don’t use their brains or logic when dealing with people. If I had any accounts here, I’d liquidate my assets. You people are disgusting and should be ashamed.
The bank tellers at North Olmsted are really kind and service oriented. Especially the guy that is always in a good mood and cares about people!
